The storyline features a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a hidden sect.

The preview highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through eras. The preview concludes with a dramatic moment showing a character, probably the hostage, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
