Keira Knightley States She Had No Knowledge of Author Boycott Calls Before Joining Wizarding World Audio Series
Keira Knightley has stated that she was completely unaware about the appeals to avoid the author before agreeing to join in the new audio adaptations of the Harry Potter series.

During an conversation to highlight her new Netflix film The Woman in Cabin 10, Knightley was asked about whether she had heard that some supporters were demanding a wizarding series protest.
“I was not aware of that, no. I’m very sorry. You know, I think we’re all living in a period of time right now where we’re all going to have to figure out how to live together, aren’t we? And we’ve all got very different opinions.”
She added: “I hope that we can all find respect.”
Role in Wizarding Audio Series
The actress has been cast the character Umbridge in the audio adaptation of the beloved series, among many of other actors including a narrator, an actor as the headmaster, and Riz Ahmed as the potions master.
